Joseph Erhardy

American sculptor, disciple of Mirko Basaldella
American sculptor who died in 2012 at the age of eighty-four years, and also a disciple of Mirko Basaldella, Joseph Erhardy is famous for its bronze statues and monumental works. Present on the web for over 5 years, exhibited worldwide, the website of Joseph Erhardy needed to be reinvented and its visual identity redesigned. The hundreds of works presented were not sufficiently visible, the graphics and colors of the old site hindered its legibility and didn’t emphasize the sculptures. From a functional point of view, the website’s programming was outdated and no longer met the current standards. We completely redesigned and redefined the ergonomics and design of the new site, putting up a real structured database of all the works; with a view to simplicity and speed of use. The new site, designed in HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery, allows to put the emphasis on Joseph Erhardy’s works and give them the visibility they deserve, making them visible and accessible to the greatest number of platforms.
